Our prices are therefore shown exclusive of any VAT.The government requires that you complete a VAT declaration form, and this can now be done at the checkout online. You will see the form when you are placing your order .It notes down your details and disability using our secure server, all you need do is type your name and nature of your disability, and continue to the next page. If you do not complete this form, or you are not eligible for VAT relief, we are obliged to charge you VAT at the prevailing rate on the whole of your order.

Our sales and technical help office is open Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5.30 & Saturday 10.00.-2.30. Our shop at 15 The Hyde is open Mon-Fri 9.00am to 3.00pm and Sat 9.30am to 12.30pm.
Products can be collected if preferred from our head office by appointment but the order will need to be placed via this site first. If you need to see a product before you buy it we will do our best to help, but, due to the range of goods we have available we cannot guarantee that we will have it in stock where you require it at that time.
